The merchant sent me a version meant for overseas sale which isn't even allowed to be sold in the U.S. It took them weeks to ship it even though they said it could ship immediately. I was three weeks into my class by the time I had my book. They claimed that it had shipped the day after I purchased it and when I inquired about it a week or so later they would not even return my e-mails. I will never buy from them again.

I always enjoy reading the responses to the question "What's the best management advice you've ever received?" Some real pearls of wisdom are in this book.
